We provide fitness tips in following ways:

Stretching Routine:

  • Warming up is an important part of your workout, and should begin and end every session. It prepares body for more strenuous exercise by heating up and stretching out muscles, increasing circulation and pulse rate, and delivering more oxygen to muscles. At the end of workout, repeat these exercises to reduce sore muscle problems. We suggest the following warm-up and cool-down


  • Inner Thigh Stretch is done by sitting with the soles of feet together with knees pointing outward. Pull feet as close into groin as possible. Gently push knees towards the floor. Hold for 15 counts

Head Roll:

  • Rotate head to the right for one count, feeling the stretch up the left side of the neck. Next, rotate head back for one count, stretching chin to the ceiling and letting mouth open. Rotate head to the left for one count, and finally, drop head to chest for one count

Hamstring stretch:

  • Sit with right leg extended. Rest the sole of left foot against  right inner thigh. Stretch towards the toe as far as possible. Hold for 15 counts. Relax and then repeat with left leg extended

Shoulder Lift:

  • Lift right shoulder up towards right ear for one count. Then lift left shoulder up for one count while lowering the right shoulder

Toe Touch:

  • Slowly bend forward from the waist, letting the back and shoulders relax as we stretch towards the toes. Reach down as far as it can be held for 15 counts

Side Stretch:

  • Open arms to the side and continue lifting them until they are over head. Reach right arm as far upward toward the ceiling as it can for one count. Feel the stretch up right side. Repeat this action with left arm

Calf-Achilles Stretch:

  • Lean against a wall with left leg in front of the right and arms forward. Keep right leg straight and the left foot on the floor; then bend the left leg and lean forward by moving hips towards the wall. Hold, then repeat on the other side for 15 counts
